Spreading the paste thoroughly on scalp is essential to this product's ability to perform.
There may be herbal powder left in your hair after washing, this is not harmful, just a matter of preference. 

Important: Water First! Avoid clumps in your shampoo by adding water to bottle before powder.

How to Measure powder and water

Chin length: 1 tsp into 50ml water

Shoulder length: 2 tsp into 100ml water

Armpit length: 3 tsp into 150ml water

How to mix and apply shampoo

• Add water based on hair length into squeeze bottle
• Add shampoo powder based on hair length to water
• Screw lid on bottle and make sure end cap is secure
• Shake until frothy and foamy on top
• Let it rest for at least 5 minutes so it thickens slightly (overnight is best)
• Apply mixture to a dry scalp. use nose of bottle to apply to roots first, then massage it all over scalp
• Massage into rest of hair, and leave for at least 5 minutes
• Rinse hair thoroughly (lukewarm water is best)

Applying to dry hair before getting into the shower will give the best results.

To get the full benefit of the herbs, mix the night before you plan to wash your hair.

Mixing your shampoo the night before or 20 minutes before desired use, will give an even better application experience.

• The shampoo mix will be more watery or a more gel-like consistency depending on how long you decide to wait before applying. 
• The shampoo mix won’t foam like normal shampoo, that doesn’t mean it’s not working. 
• Getting the shampoo in your eyes will sting. If this happens to you, rinse your eyes with cool water and spray with rose hydrosol if you have it. Don’t worry, while it may sting, these herbs won’t harm you.
